Coaching Agile Teams Workshop in DC this May

Excella Consulting is honored to announce a partnership with the Agile Coaching Institute (ACI) to bring their “Coaching Agile Teams” workshop back to the DC/Metro area. We will be hosting the workshop from May 13th to 15th in Excella’s newly expanded training area.

Everyone that we know that has attended this course has said nothing but great things about it. We hear this a lot, “It was a transformative experience.” This will not only boost your professional skills and capabilities but will have a positive impact on your personal endeavors (i.e. family, volunteer work, coaching youth, etc…).

Hurry before this sells out. We look forward to seeing many of you attend.

More from ACI:

Agile Coaching Institute’s Coaching Agile Teams class is a three day, hands on workshop that will give you an edge in the Agile world. Created by Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd, thought-leaders in Agile Coaching, this class will help you develop core skills in Teaching, Mentoring, Facilitation, and Professional Coaching. You will also learn about team development, team startup/reset, helping people through agile role transitions, and working with team conflict.

This course is a key component on your Agile Coach Learning Path, which culminates in true competence in the skills and mindsets of Agile Coaching. Along the way, you can attain industry certifications: ICAgile’s Continuing Education Certification in Agile Coaching (ICP-AC), 21 SEUs by the Scrum Alliance and 21 PDUs by the Project Management Institute.
After-class support is important. To provide that support, you will be invited to our alumni-only Coaching Agile Teams online community. Here, you get support from your peers as well as access to Alumni only Webinars.

If you are an experienced Agilist who wants to dramatically increase your overall coaching skills, we would love to see you there!

Earlybird discount ends on April 13th!
